Can’t go wrong with doughnuts in the “loot” bag.
Doughnuts were apparently a tradition at Halloween parties, according to the old-time radio shows I’ve listened to. Not sure how they would work for trick or treating, though. Maybe you are supposed to invite the kids in for doughnuts and Kool-Aid…imagine how that would go over today.
