Okay, so the text is a bit on the patronizing side, but at least the effort is there to encourage young women to enter the field of automotive design and engineering. Despite the ridiculous lack of women in engineering fields, a female engineer, Mary Barra, became CEO of, interestingly, GM, just last week, making her the first woman to head a US automaker. One hope this will encourage more women to study the so-called STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). Below, the text, a bit larger. It might make you wince a bit.
